Do you offer free quotations?

We do - we’re happy to offer our first consultation for free. We will come armed with ideas, inspiration and practical solutions that may well have been missed by others.

How long does it take to get an RA Kitchen?

The million dollar question! As you would imagine, the time from place of order and taking a deposit to final delivery depends very much on our current workload. Our usual lead-time is 4 to 6 months from order.

Do you supply appliances too?

Short answer – yes. We can either make recommendations for appliances for you, or work around what you already have or have on order. In recommending appliances ourselves we tend to work with Bosch primarily – in our experience their products are the most reliable and their gaurauntees are good too.

Are your kitchens guaranteed?

Yes – all our kitchens are gauranteed against defects for life. Simple as that – we really do stand by what we do, and our relationship with you doesn’t end when the installation is complete. Our drawer hardware and runners, for example, are gauranteed for 25 years…

How do you visualise your kitchens?

More and more, we are aware of kitchen companies offering 3D renders of your kitchen. We do offer this and we take pride in doing it well, really well, and in so doing there may be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the render. However, being old school as we are, we often finds that simple line drawing offers as much clarity. It’s ultimately down to what you feel most comfortable with.

What does ‘custom cabinetry’ include?

Good question – we’ve built everything from interactive entertainment units, wardrobes, specialist display cabinets, window seats and addtional storage options, office installations with desks and filing storage, free standing tables and bed side tables… you name it we’ve either done it - or can.
